From the HOPPIN” TOTS Preschool Movement Education Program to our FLIP-TASTIC Boys and Girls Instructional Gymnastics Classes to our CHEER-NASTICS Cheer Tumble Classes and on to our COMPETITIVE Team Development Programs for gymnastics and cheer, each of our programs is geared to provide a rich and exciting learning experience in the sports of Gymnastics and Cheerleading.

All children can easily begin in our program no matter what their skill or interests may be. Our curriculum is specifically designed to develop confidence, poise, physical fitness and skill. The children are divided by age and ability into small groups.
